Delivery & Returns Information

How much is Delivery

We offer two options at this time for delivery and ask you to choose the best option for you. Typically we dispatch via courier and the cost for guidance is £5.95 per shipment. This is weight based and if you were ordering more than one item it is likely that the P&P charge will remain the same.  For deliveries to locations off the UK mainland and The North Of Scotland please refer to Hermes and Royal Mail for cost. These are the most cost effective servuce can off in this area without additional carrier premium being applied.

Where do we Deliver?

We deliver to the Mainland United Kingdom.

We will deliver to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and The Isle of Wight, please select carriage via Hermes or Royal Mail service to avoid additional premium. We recomend that you contact us first to confirm any additonal costs before placing your order. If you decide to place your order before confirming these costs, we will contact you to confirm additonal costs before processing any order.

We Do Not Deliver to

If you are unable to complete an order in your area contact us and we will be happy to help.

Estimated Delivery Time

At Replacementtoiletseats we aim to process an order as soon as possible. Generally Standard items are dispatched in 1 to 3 business days. If we are not able to meet this Estimated Delivery Time we will contact you and discuss the options.

Please note deliveries are based upon working days, for orders placed on a weekend and Bank Holidays lead times should be measured upon the first following working day.

Please note the above are estimated delivery times and do not guarantee a delivery date, as you will be notifed of delivery by email.

Returns Procedure

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us please do the following -

1) Contact us by email with your issue.  We will be happy to replace any faulty or damaged product.

2) We will most likely ask you to send us a photograph of the damaged item.

3) After we have received and reviewed the photograph we will contact you to confirm that your claim has been accepted.

4) We will then despatch a replacement product for you without the need for you to return the original item.

If we do require you to return your original item to us for further inspection we will provide you with a returns address.  Wherever possible please return your item in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns once a product has been fitted.

Please keep all your original packaging for at least 3 months after purchase in case the need arises to return the product to us.
