We had cause to contact R.T.S. due to a toilet seat we purchased developing a fault, rendering said seat inoperable.
The gentleman I subsequently contacted - presumably the owner - could not have been nicer or more courteous.
He immediately organised a replacement for us, which arrived promptly, and all is now well.
Good old fashioned service, both honest and honourable, and I would recommend R.T.S.most highly. Thank you.
