Open Box Blue Slow Close Toilet Seat - 4 pack

Open Box - These seats are originally boxed and unused, still in plastic seals.  These seats were warehoused for several years and some of the bumpers underneath the seat have become unsealed and can be fixed with a dab of glue.  The stickers on the chrome hinges are old and will need soapy water to remove.
